In another bid to enhance communication between City Hall and residents, the City’s Building Department has added a whole dimension to its section of the City of Indian Wells website.

Now, any developer, contractor or resident has 24/7 access to the status of their plan check. New standards for solar panels, walls, geotechnical guidelines and other important requirements are also posted for convenient download and review. To elevate customer service, Building Department inspections can now be scheduled on a dedicated Inspection Hotline at (760) 834-7790.
