Public Hearing Notices

This page is used to post legal and public hearing notices for the City Council and the Planning Commission.

The City of Indian Wells invites all interested parties to attend public hearings and express their views. Should you be unable to attend a public hearing, comments must be made in writing and delivered prior to the scheduled hearing date. If you challenge any of the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues that you or another person addressed at the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing.

FEBRUARY 16, 2012 CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARINGS:

Consider Temporary Use Permit No. 2011-20 allowing a parent/child overnight camping event on the vacant grass lot area adjacent to Southwest Community Church at 77-701 Fred Waring Drive beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2012 and ending on 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Saturday, March 24, 2012.


FEBRUARY 23, 2012 PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS:

Consider Tentative Parcel Map No. 36408 for the subdivision of approximately 3.5 acres into three (3) separate parcels for the Indian Wells Professional Center and The Nest located at 75-188 Highway 111.
