City Attorney Stephen P. Deitsch performs legal duties assigned by the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency Board.
His responsibilities include:
- Providing legal opinions
- Preparing ordinances, resolutions and contracts
- Representing the city in civil and criminal prosecution
- Attending City Council and Planning Commission meetings to provide legal advice
