Mayor's Welcome

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the City of Indian Wells, a pristine desert oasis that we are proud to call home. Whether you are a full-time resident, seasonal, or just visiting Indian Wells for the first time, we hope you will take advantage of all the amenities our city has to offer. In addition to four superb hotels, we have a world-class tennis facility and a number of private country clubs. A must-try for any golfer is our city-owned 36-hole Indian Wells Golf Resort and the award-winning IW Club Restaurant and Bar. You will be impressed by the serenity of our neighborhoods and the quality of our municipal services. We are a financially robust city that extends a quality of life to its residents beyond compare.

Beyond its stature as a premier resort and residential community, Indian Wells is also home to thriving business enterprises committed to developing superlative customer relationships. This dedication is reflected at City Hall where my fellow council members and I take policy issues very seriously and work together to implement the best solutions for all city residents. We strive daily to ensure that residents are well-informed and have the opportunity to provide input about how their city is being managed. Our staff is in constant communications with our residents, sending out e-mail messages to apprise them of programs, events and activities. We stream our City Council meetings live so that our residents can view them online anytime and from any location.

It is also one of my primary goals as Mayor to ensure that integrity, accountability and transparency flourish as our City Council works together in a cohesive manner on behalf of the entire community. It is paramount that we listen closely to our constituents so that we can deliver the programs and services they want. Our residents treasure their city and the exceptional lifestyle that it affords so if you are considering relocating to Indian Wells, please know that we welcome you with open arms.
